Internet Sales Representative - Business Development

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated call center professional to join our growing and dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.

Requirements

• At least one previous customer service-related role
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual a plus
