About the role
As an Internet Sales Consultant at Round Rock Hyundai, you will be responsible for promptly, professionally, and courteously assisting customers in a call center environment through text, email, or social media.Responsibilities
- Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience at every step of the ownership journey.
- Use MS Office Suite, CRM, and lead management tools to accurately manage inquiries, update customer files, track customer interest, and compile necessary reports and forms.
- Support customers with an unparalleled level of expertise.
