Internet Sales Consultant

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information
- Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads old and new
- Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Monitor and facilitate internet leads, determining customer's vehicle needs
- Maintain a follow up system that encourages repeat & referral business for Mossy
- Understand the terminology of the Automotive business and keep abreast on technological changes in the product, features, and accessories
- Include vehicle delivery to customers
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in strong sales experience
- Team player attitude
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of the web and good data entry skills
- Professional appearance
- Valid CA drivers license and clean driving record
- High school graduate or equivalent
Pay
Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, however they will also be paid the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approximately $65,000 to $130,000.
