Key Responsibilities
- Respond to online inquiries via website forms, email, and live chat within target response times.
- Execute phone/text/email/chat outreach to answer product questions and secure showroom appointments.
- Meet pre-scheduled digital buyers at the dealership to facilitate vehicle viewings and test drives.
- Log all customer interactions, follow-up schedules, and deal progression details inside the CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Preferred but not required, Minimum 1-2 years in automotive sales, digital retail, or customer service environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal clarity paired with error-free, professional writing skills for text and email.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency using dealership CRM software, inventory portals, and video communication tools.
- Availability: Flexibility to work scheduled evenings, weekends and some holidays.
