Internet Sales Consultant

About the role

Full-time, commission only position located in Phoenix, AZ, start date ASAP. Courtesy Automotive Group is a family owned and operated business since 1955, dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. Courtesy Chevrolet is expanding its Internet Sales Department and seeks motivated, experienced automotive sales professionals to drive online sales and customer engagement, respond to online leads, provide personalized assistance, and guide customers through the digital purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Perform online sales activities to achieve automotive sales objectives.
• Identify and contact potential customers for vehicle purchase opportunities.
• Schedule daily customer appointments (phone, text, email) and make Courtesy vehicle product presentations.
• Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
• Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan from your supervisor.
• Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers in reviews and customer evaluations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
• Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.
• Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies with Sales Managers and determine sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or internet sales experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage internet leads and follow-up activities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay

Average commission is $667 per vehicle sold. Competitive compensation with uncapped commission. Estimated annual earnings range of $60,000–$120,000.
