Internet Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Homes by WestBay & Casa Fresca Homes seeks an Internet Sales Consultant to join their growing Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will guide potential homebuyers through the sales process, maintain strong understanding of the company's offerings, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Guide potential homebuyers through the sales process, pre-qualifying them with the goal of scheduling an appointment with an on-site Sales Consultant.
• Maintain strong understanding of the company’s process, product, community, and incentive offerings at all times.
• Provide a positive online experience for all incoming inquiries and leads through excellent customer service, following up as needed.
• Create and maintain VIP and interest lists, nurturing leads until hand off to on-site Sales Consultant (via scheduled model tour / visit).
• Adhere to the lead management and CRM processes.
• Attend company sales meetings, training programs, and events as needed.
• Non-traditional work week: weekends and/or evenings may be required at Homes by WestBay’s discretion (position will have regularly scheduled days off and working hours).
• Primarily work-from-home, but must be local to attend company meetings and events as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or customer-facing role.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to summarize information articulately.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Proven ability to work well under minimal supervision.
• Adhere to the given work rules and procedures, maintaining regular attendance and punctuality to daily work schedule.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid Florida real estate license, as required by the state (or must be willing to obtain within 90 days of start date).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Previous real estate experience a plus.
