Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage internet leads and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Engage with customers through various online platforms to promote our vehicles and services
• Utilize CRM software to track and follow up with leads to drive sales
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, competition, and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and communication skills

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in an internet sales role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other online communication platforms
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation for this position is $60,000 to $150,000 per year, based on sales performance. In addition to commission, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
