Position Summary
Cable Dahmer Kia is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Internet Sales Assistant to support the sales team. Key responsibilities include generating appointments, following up with leads, and maintaining consistent communication through various marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contact customers to generate an average of five (5) appointments per day.
- Follow up with internet leads, campaign leads, orphan customers, and previous prospects using DriveCentric.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, text messaging, and email to answer questions and schedule appointments.
- Support weekly appointment-generation initiatives and dealership marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes within DriveCentric.
- Create qualified sales opportunities that contribute to dealership traffic and sales goals.
- Work closely with the Sales Management team to maximize appointment show rates and customer engagement.
- Participate in daily performance reviews and maintain accountability to activity goals.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, sales, call center, or automotive experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers through multiple communication channels.
- Able to stay organized and manage multiple follow-up activities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred; DriveCentric experience is a plus.
- Able to work collaboratively with the sales team and management.
