Job Responsibilities
- Pull items from the selling floor to process internet orders.
- Physically move merchandise from departments and stockrooms to the internet room.
- Pack merchandise for shipping directly to customers.
Job Requirements
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience, preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate freight elevator, lift up to 75 lbs., and frequent walking/standing.
- Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends.
