International Tax Manager
About the role
The International Tax Manager will be responsible for managing and reviewing international tax compliance and reporting for foreign subsidiaries, coordinating with colleagues across global offices, maintaining and enhancing Excel models, ensuring all filings are audit-ready, and supporting the adoption of AI and technology within the tax function.
Responsibilities
- Managing and reviewing international tax compliance and reporting for foreign subsidiaries (e.g. Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, etc.)
- Partnering with colleagues across global offices to coordinate and gather information for compliance
- Maintaining and enhancing Excel models used for complex group calculations (e.g. GILTI, Sec. 987, Subpart F)
- Ensuring all filings are audit-ready, standardised, and appropriately documented
- Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve tax compliance processes
- Supporting and contributing to the adoption of AI and technology within the tax function
- Using tax technology tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Reviewing and maintaining the Group’s organisational structures and charts
- Supporting the preparation and completion of year-end tax provisions for U.S.-owned foreign entities
- Contributing to tax planning and transactional projects
- Providing support to the Senior Tax Manager and wider team on key priorities
- Collaborating with and supporting offshore tax teams, including colleagues based in India
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- A professional qualification such as CPA, ACA, or similar is beneficial but not essential
- Experience in international tax, ideally within public accounting or a global organisation
- Knowledge of global tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Experience working with shared service or offshore teams is helpful
- Familiarity with U.S. international tax rules and/or foreign tax regimes
- Experience using tax compliance or provision systems (e.g. Corptax)
- Understanding of financial statements and book-to-tax adjustments
- Confidence working with Excel and large datasets

Pay
$75,000 - $180,000 USD
