International SOF Support SME

Responsibilities
- Identify, deconflict, synchronize, and coordinate international SOF requirements.
- Track partner nation and U.S. requests for SOF support, information, guidance, capabilities, and operational deployment status.
- Maintain a common operational picture of partner nation SOF operations and activities.
- Plan and execute coordination events with TSOCs, components, NATO SOF Headquarters, and partner nation SOF headquarters.
- Coordinate partner nation SOF inputs to GSOS, TRSF, SCAF, KLEs, senior leader seminars, and other planning processes.
- Integrate partner nation SOF units and capabilities into enterprise planning and develop assessment metrics.
- Coordinate with the Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) and track information release/disclosure requests.
- Integrate partner nation SOF into multinational planning and identify barriers to participation.
- Collect, synchronize, and publish operational situation reporting and identify senior leader decision points.
- Manage daily operations of J3I secure collaboration facilities.
- Lead J3I situation report development and publishing.
- Perform closeout and escort duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university.
- Graduate of a U.S. SOF component selection and assessment program (e.g., U.S. Army Special Forces Qualification Course (SFQC), BUD/S, or equivalent).
- At least one (1) year of recent experience, within the last five (5) years, in combat/operational activities with ISAF or a similar multinational special operation.
- At least three (3) years of recent regional experience, within the last seven (7) years, as a member of a GCC or TSOC staff.
- At least one (1) year of experience in an international SOF environment.
- Experience with Foreign Disclosure and international partner information exchanges.
- Graduate of Joint Professional Military Education (JPME), an Intermediate Development Course, or a Senior Professional Military Education Course.
- Current DoD Secret clearance and eligible for SCI access.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multinational/international SOF environments.
- Experience serving on GCC and/or TSOC staffs.
- Experience with Foreign Disclosure processes.
- Experience coordinating with partner nations.
- Operational planning experience.
- Experience with secure collaboration environments or facilities.
- Experience conducting international partner information exchanges.
