Responsibilities

• Build new business by consistently developing new accounts
• Make 50+ outbound calls/day and create real pipeline momentum
• Negotiate and close sales while protecting healthy margins
• Track activity and performance metrics with discipline
• Maintain and grow customer relationships
• Stay current on market conditions, pricing, vendor availability, and competitors
• Run strategic programs at key accounts
• Keep CRM/database info accurate and up to date
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Commodity Managers, Order Management, Purchasing, and regional offices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years B2B product sales preferred (but strong competitors encouraged!)
• Relentless drive + thick skin + coachable mindset
• Strong communication skills (English required)
