As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. This involves hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes, and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.
Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the outpatient centers, ensuring that all services are provided efficiently and effectively. This includes overseeing the work of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and Inpatient RNs, coordinating with medical teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
