About the role
Epic, a privately held global leader in health information technology, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their payroll team. This role focuses on international payroll and plays a key role in the company's business operations by running and continuously improving the payroll program.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the company’s international payroll program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in payroll processes
- Develop and implement new payroll procedures as needed
- Provide support and guidance to other payroll team members
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in international payroll
- Strong project management and implementation skills
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong writing and research abilities
