About the role

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The International Projects Executive will support the coordination, delivery and operational oversight of Capital City College’s international activity, aligned to the Beyond Borders: International Strategy 2026–2031. The postholder will bring significant experience of managing international education, skills or training projects and will support the planning, coordination, monitoring and delivery of international activity across the College’s strategic international workstreams. This will include supporting projects linked to international recruitment and pathways, transnational education, consultancy and partnership activity, digital learning initiatives, overseas engagement and international commercial development.

You will join a professional team committed to delivering high-quality support across the college whilst promoting and building partnerships internationally. Working together, you’ll help create a positive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. With a strong commitment to excellence, the team has a strong collaborative culture, sharing best practice and innovative approaches. You will also be required to line manage staff, supporting their professional growth and contributing to the overall success of the department.

  • Experience in a similar role is required
