About the role
The International Onboarding Manager is responsible for facilitating the smooth integration of new employees into the company culture and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding programs tailored to international employees.
- Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure all necessary training and resources are provided.
- Monitor employee progress and provide regular feedback and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cultural and logistical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or related field, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with international relocation and onboarding processes.
- Fluency in English and another major language.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of international employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay
- $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
