International Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

The Tooling Process Specialist II will be responsible for fulfilling tools across the region, providing support in order fulfillment, general operations, systems support, order tracking, and other administrative activities. They will engage in order entry, management, and tracking of tools using digital platforms for Tooling Management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping of tool center to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
• Work autonomously
• In depth knowledge in specific tooling operations disciplines/areas
• Validate system data and analyze business operations metrics to forecast business impact
• Demonstrate an ability to train others
• Collaborate with functional teams and vendors to source materials and products
• Monitor tool system requests with the region field teams and create toolkit project schedules, including last minute changes
• Accurately maintain dates and equipment certifications in Tooling Database system
• Carefully monitor Tooling Database system for requests and project changes
• Notify site teams of pickup schedules and Tooling systems
• Absorb and create reports from tooling demand system
• Generate invoices to field teams for tooling supplies, rentals and freight
• Support in providing necessary information regarding the re-kitting of returned tool kits, restocking needs, and tool loss calculations
• Configure and create reports from tooling demand system
• Validate information and serial numbers for accuracy of all tooling equipment in Tooling systems
• Absorb and create reports from tooling demand system
• Support in providing necessary information regarding the re-kitting of returned tool kits, restocking needs, and tool loss calculations
• Validate information and serial numbers for accuracy of all tooling equipment in Tooling systems
