Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with clients and team members
  • Conduct employment diligence for corporate transactions
  • Draft and negotiate employment agreements and policies
  • Advise clients on reductions in force and employee terminations
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff
  • Deliver high-quality, timely legal work under pressure
  • Develop relationships to anticipate and meet client needs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of employment counseling experience (domestic and/or international)
  • Strong international counseling experience preferred
  • JD from a nationally recognized law school
  • Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application
  • Experience with AmLaw 100 law firm preferred

Pay

$260,000 – $420,000 annually
