Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with clients and team members
- Conduct employment diligence for corporate transactions
- Draft and negotiate employment agreements and policies
- Advise clients on reductions in force and employee terminations
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff
- Deliver high-quality, timely legal work under pressure
- Develop relationships to anticipate and meet client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of employment counseling experience (domestic and/or international)
- Strong international counseling experience preferred
- JD from a nationally recognized law school
- Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of application
- Experience with AmLaw 100 law firm preferred
Pay
$260,000 – $420,000 annually
