International Corporate Tax Advisory Manager - FY27
About the role
The Transaction Tax Practice at EY is a dedicated team focusing on the tax aspects of corporate and private equity acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and capital market transactions. As a manager on the Transactions team, you will apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas, devising strategic outcomes to complex issues, including US domestic and cross-border tax strategies.
Responsibilities
- Serve corporate and private capital markets clients undertaking third-party transactions in tax diligence, general transaction advisory, and overall transaction project management.
- Assist with internal restructuring and corporate and private equity buy/sell side due diligence.
- Develop and execute tax strategy by managing risk arising from global law changes (such as Base Erosion Profit Shifting - BEPS).
- Advises on transactions involving financial instruments (e.g., cash, debt and equity, derivatives, foreign exchange).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
- US CPA or member of US State bar
- No less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience

Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $116,200 to $212,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $139,400 to $242,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
