International Banking Ops Associate - GTSS Payment Group

Within Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS), our team supports complex international trade and payment transactions that keep businesses moving across borders. We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our Payments-focused GTSS team.

Responsibilities

• Process and support Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS) products, including Import/Export Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, Banker’s Acceptances, and Standby Letters of Credit.
• Execute and support Foreign Exchange (FX) and international payment activities, including Cross-border payments and remittances, Settlements, and investigations.
• Review, validate, and reconcile transactions and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify discrepancies or issues and take action to resolve or escalate appropriately.
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate trade transactions, payments, and disbursements.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and service level expectations.
• Maintain documentation and system records in a high-volume, paperless processing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
