International Apprentice - Spring 2027

About the role

The International Apprentice Program is a strategic initiative designed to prepare and train the next generation of Samaritan's Purse's global workforce. The program will equip individuals with the necessary skills to serve in full-time roles in one of our international field offices.

Responsibilities

• Support various Samaritan's Purse field offices during the course of the program.
• Engage in daily morning devotions and participate in prayer support for the ministry, donors, and volunteers.
• Work under pressure and perform well in high-demand, high-volume work environments.

Requirements

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
• Have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in fields such as health, finance/accounting, engineering, business, supply chain management, program management, operations, international relations, aviation mechanics.
• Show analytical, strategic thinking, and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Be adaptable to working in a variety of international contexts.
• Develop and implement plans and solve problems independently.
• Show strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and networking skills.
• Be proficient in a foreign language, especially French, Spanish, or Arabic, is a plus.
• Have prior international experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be able to provide proof of working eligibility in the United States for this program.
• Samaritan's Purse does not sponsor work visas.
