Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment processes for various internal roles within the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and organizational objectives
• Maintain regular communication with talent pool candidates to assess availability and interest
• Support the onboarding process for new employees selected from the talent pool
• Contribute to workforce planning and succession strategies to ensure organizational readiness
• Assist in tracking and updating talent pool candidate profiles and qualifications
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay informed about nonprofit management best practices

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest or experience in nonprofit organization management or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse candidates and teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing organizational staffing needs
