About the role

Western Funding, a dynamic and fast-growing auto finance company, is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to assist its dealer partners throughout North America. The role involves creating and nurturing relationships with dealers to increase the number of funded deals.

Responsibilities

  • Create and nurture relationships with dealerships through initial contact and ongoing communication.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers who will benefit from Western Funding's programs.
  • Manage and grow partnerships with dealerships to support their business growth.
  • Present and communicate company products and services to dealerships at all levels.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals from telephone calls and other sources.
  • Train dealers in Western Funding's products and processes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (preferred).
  • One to two years’ previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success.
  • A High School Diploma required; a College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
  • Clear and effective presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
  • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology.

Benefits

  • Pay Plan: First six months guaranteed minimum income of $4,500 per month, increasing to $3,500 per month for months seven to twelve, with a first-year income of approximately $50,000 annually and a target second-year income of approximately $80,000 to $110,000 annually with no cap on commissions.
