Initiate outbound sales telephone calls

  • Promote and sell Janus Henderson products
  • Communicate company updates

Respond to inbound calls

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Provide answers to support needs
  • Identify selling opportunities

Follow up with clients

  • Provide sales ideas
  • Answer product questions
  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Help launch new products

Track client interactions

  • Use client relationship management (CRM) database software applications
  • Administer administrative follow-up and support

Support sales and client relationships

  • Provide research material
  • Offer administrative follow-up and support

Generate sales ideas

  • Identify new sales opportunities

Travel

  • Field visits
  • Professional development

Attend and support client events

  • Client events or conferences

Must have skills

  • B.S. or B.A. in related field preferred
  • Two years of related experience and/or training in a client support or internal sales role
  • Two years of experience in the mutual fund/financial services industry and/or training
  • Series 7 and 63 and SIE licenses required within 30 days of hire
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High degree of self-motivation; able to work with little direct supervision
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and experience with CRM database software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to develop strategic business relationships

Nice to have skills

  • Knowledge of mutual fund/financial industry products and services
  • Janus Henderson product knowledge preferred

Compensation information

The base range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. This is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through August 31, 2026.
