Initiate outbound sales telephone calls
- Promote and sell Janus Henderson products
- Communicate company updates
Respond to inbound calls
- Respond to inquiries
- Provide answers to support needs
- Identify selling opportunities
Follow up with clients
- Provide sales ideas
- Answer product questions
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Help launch new products
Track client interactions
- Use client relationship management (CRM) database software applications
- Administer administrative follow-up and support
Support sales and client relationships
- Provide research material
- Offer administrative follow-up and support
Generate sales ideas
- Identify new sales opportunities
Travel

Must have skills
- B.S. or B.A. in related field preferred
- Two years of related experience and/or training in a client support or internal sales role
- Two years of experience in the mutual fund/financial services industry and/or training
- Series 7 and 63 and SIE licenses required within 30 days of hire
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High degree of self-motivation; able to work with little direct supervision
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and experience with CRM database software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to develop strategic business relationships
Nice to have skills
- Knowledge of mutual fund/financial industry products and services
- Janus Henderson product knowledge preferred
Compensation information
The base range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. This is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through August 31, 2026.
