Summary Of The Role This position is for a Temporary Internal Registry Registered Nurse (RN) working night shifts in an Intensive Care Unit. The RN is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within the scope of practice. They direct and guide patient and family education, oversee nursing personnel, and ensure standards of care are maintained. Effective communication with physicians regarding patient condition changes, diagnostic results, and abnormal findings is essential. The RN must respond swiftly to clinical changes, maintain patient confidentiality, and provide comprehensive care to assigned patients. Qualifications Include Current and valid RN license and BLS certificationPreferred Critical Care Course completion and CCRN certificationExperience as a staff RN in acute or critical care settingsBasic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hirePreferred BSN degree Compensation is approximately $60.00 per hour, with pay based on skills, experience, and credentials.
