Pay
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $49,940 USD - $59,488 USD. Actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
Schedule
Must be able to work scheduled and unplanned overtime to support daily objectives. Non‑physical demands include time pressures, frequent change of tasks, irregular work schedule/overtime, multi‑tasking, working closely with others as a team, and tedious or exacting work.
We also might include Physical Demands, Work Environment, etc. But we have not added sections for those. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could incorporate Physical Demands and Work Environment into maybe a "Working Conditions" section, but we don't have a heading for that in the allowed list. Allowed headings are only those listed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we cannot add other headings. We must incorporate that info somewhere else, maybe within Responsibilities or Requirements? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit Physical Demands and Work Environment, we lose info. We need to include them somewhere within allowed sections. Perhaps we can add them under Responsibilities (as they are part of job demands) or under Requirements (as they are qualifications). But they are not exactly responsibilities or requirements; they are working conditions. However we can embed them in Responsibilities as bullet points? Might be okay. But we must not invent sections; we can add content under existing sections. We have Physical Demands: "Physical demands of performing the duties of this job are outlined in the area specific Physical Demands Analysis. Please discuss this with your supervisor and HR team for more details." That's somewhat vague; we could include as a note under Responsibilities or Requirements. Non-Physical Demands: list. Work Environment: "While performing the duties of this job, the associate works around mechanical hazards, noise and or vibration daily. Extreme temperatures, wetness / humidity and being outdoors." We could add these under Responsibilities as additional bullet points, or under a new section but not allowed. Since we must preserve all substantive info, we need to include them somewhere. We could add a bullet under Responsibilities: "Adhere to physical demands outlined in the area‑specific Physical Demands Analysis; work around mechanical hazards, noise/vibration, extreme temperatures, wetness/humidity, and outdoors." And also include non-physical demands bullet. Thus we keep all info. Let's incorporate: Under Responsibilities, add bullets: - Adhere to physical demands outlined in the area‑specific Physical Demands Analysis; work around mechanical hazards, noise/vibration, extreme temperatures, wetness/humidity, and outdoors. - Manage non‑physical demands including time pressures, frequent change of tasks, irregular work schedule/overtime, multi‑tasking, working closely with others as a team, and tedious or exacting work. We already have overtime bullet; but we can keep. Now ensure we didn't duplicate. Now check for any boilerplate left: we removed EEO, Reasonable Accommodations, Important Notice, etc. Also removed "Additional Information" headings and company description? We kept company description? We didn't include it anywhere. The company description is substantive info about the company; we might need to preserve it. Where to put? Could be under About the role? Or maybe we can add a short paragraph under About the role describing the company. The About the role section currently only has the role description. We could add company description there as a paragraph after the role description. That would preserve it. Thus About the role: two paragraphs: first about role, second about company description. Let's extract company description: "Fortune Brands Innovations is an industry-leading home, security and digital products company. We’re advancing exciting innovations across our portfolio, which includes: Moen, House of Rohl, Aqualisa, SpringWell, Therma-Tru, Larson, Fiberon, Master Lock, SentrySafe and Yale residential.
