About the role
The Internal Medicine Residency Program Director seeks an enthusiastic, board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to lead the program at Billings Clinic’s Internal Medicine Residency in Billings, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet ACGME standards
- Collaborate with faculty to provide high-quality clinical training
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure its alignment with residency goals
- Manage administrative tasks including admissions, evaluations, and program coordination
- Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives
- Represent the program at national and regional meetings
- Ensure compliance with medical education regulations and accreditation standards
Requirements
- Specialty expertise in Internal Medicine
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- At least 3+ years of documented educational/administrative experience relevant to residency program leadership
- Qualifications acceptable to the ACGME Review Committee
