Internal Medicine Physician MGB - Salem, MA

About the role

Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join their multidisciplinary practice in Salem, Massachusetts. This opportunity is open to both experienced physicians and recent graduates in Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a team-based approach to patient care, including working with Social Work, Behavioral Health specialists, and a dedicated Medical Assistant.
• Utilize virtual clinic support (VCS) for managing clinical tasks such as patient messages, medication refills, and routine follow-ups.
• Access AI note writing products compatible with EPIC for efficient documentation.
• Engage in after-hours and weekend call support as needed, ensuring a sustainable work environment.

Requirements

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in primary care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice medicine in Massachusetts.
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX exams.

Skills

• Excellent clinical skills.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Schedule

Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week.
