Internal Medicine Physician - Locum Coverage

About the role

This role is for an Internal Medicine physician in a primary care clinic, providing comprehensive outpatient services to adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient load of approximately 18-20 patients per day
• Conduct patient evaluations and manage chronic and acute conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with clinic staff
• Provide prescriptive authority within a clinic setting
• Deliver quality primary care services without call responsibilities
• Work on-site in a clinic environment

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Experience in managing adult and geriatric populations
• Strong documentation and patient management skills
