Position Summary

Resurrection Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join an outpatient primary care practice. This position offers a unique blend of community-based primary care with academic involvement, including teaching and mentoring internal medicine residents.

Responsibilities

  • Practice Details

    • 100% outpatient primary care
    • Monday–Friday schedule
    • Established patient panel with strong referral base
    • Integrated care model with access to specialists and hospital services
    • Opportunity to help shape resident outpatient education
  • Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

    • Supervise and precept internal medicine residents in the outpatient clinic
    • Participate in resident education, mentorship, and professional development
    • Collaborate with program leadership on quality improvement and educational initiatives
    • Academic appointment available (rank commensurate with experience)

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

  • Eligible for Illinois medical licensure

  • Interest or experience in resident teaching strongly preferred

  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $270,000 - $300,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
