Internal Medicine Physician

About the role

This role requires 2 years of rehab experience and is part-time at an acute rehab facility in Oklahoma City, OK. The position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor with a private practice model and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients in an acute rehab setting
• Perform duties within the scope of a medical doctor with or without US residency and current US work visa
• Contribute to the growth of Medrina's national group

Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards, and chemical hazards
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Compliance with facility vaccination requirements

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Current US work visa
