Internal Medicine Physician

Job Summary

You will join our established and growing Internal Medicine team in Prescott, specializing in providing comprehensive primary care for patients and families across all ages. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting
• Diagnosing and treating disorders and diseases
• Performing patient exams
• Ordering diagnostic testing
• Developing ongoing treatment and disease-management plans
• Prescribing medication
• Coordinating referrals as necessary
• Conducting early-detection screenings
• Maintaining accurate patient records and charts

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. You will:

Required Job Requirements

• Completion of an ACGME approved Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active or eligible license in the state of Arizona
• Valid DEA certificate
• New graduates considered

Pay

The pay range for this position is $270,000 - $320,000/year.
