Internal Medicine Physician

About the role

The role will see patients in 100% outpatient clinic with No Nights, No Weekends! Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with minimal call.

Responsibilities

• Treat complex conditions & analyze to determine best course of treatment
• Foster relationships with each patient, spending more time, not less
• Supervise / collaborate with Advanced Practitioner Nurses or Phys. Assistants
• Part of a multidisciplinary team (nurses, behavioral health specialists & pharmacists)

Requirements

Value-based care model structured to treat the whole person & reduce unnecessary hospital admissions. Experience in geriatric care is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
• Experience in geriatric care preferred but not required

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical decision-making skills

• Salary range commensurate with experience $220-$250K
