About the role

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician to join a growing, patient-centered organization focused on value-based care and improving outcomes for senior and underserved populations.

Responsibilities

- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Average patient volume of 15–18 patients per day - Minimal, rotational call responsibilities - Collaborative care model with strong clinical and operational support

Requirements

- Bilingual in Spanish - Experienced in value-based care - Passionate about delivering high-quality, relationship-driven medicine - Enjoy working closely with interdisciplinary teams and caring for senior populations

Qualifications

- MD degree - Current Florida Medical License - Board Certification in Internal Medicine

Benefits
