About the Role
Cambridge Health Alliance, a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate, is an award-winning, academic public healthcare system which receives national recognition for innovation and community excellence. Our system includes three campuses as well as an established network of primary and specialty practices in the Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s metro-north area. Our practices serve an ethnically and socio-economically diverse patient population. We are currently recruiting for med/peds physicians to work at our neighborhood health centers. This position presents an excellent opportunity to work in an integrated med/peds practice which combines undergraduate and graduate level teaching.
Responsibilities
- Work in an integrated med/peds practice which combines undergraduate and graduate level teaching.
- Offer chronic disease management programs.
- Work in a collegial work environment.
- Work with dedicated colleagues committed to providing a diverse patient population with excellent, high quality care.

- Receive a full-time guaranteed base salary range of $240,000-$260,000 based on years of experience.
Requirements
- Must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
- Must have a medical or religious exemption for the vaccine requirement.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
- Experience in integrated med/peds practice preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collegial environment.
- Knowledge of chronic disease management programs.
