About the role
The role involves overseeing patient diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries, preparing patients for return to work, and recommending tests to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment. Responsibilities
- Oversee patient diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries
- Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
- Recommend tests to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment
- Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and lead in a way that aligns with the company’s ESG goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
- BC/BE in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or Neurology
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state work will be performed
- Favorable malpractice history
- Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- DEA license
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities
- Treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures
- Physical/Mental Requirements: Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $225-300k per year commensurate with experience plus bonus.
Schedule
Scheduled 2 days in Delaware and 1-2 days in Elkton, MD. (Mon-Friday schedule!)
