This role offers a flexible workweek with either 4 or 5 days, providing approximately 34 patient contact hours. It involves working in PACE and home health settings within the Capital Region, managing a patient census of 15-16 individuals across a diverse age group. The position includes opportunities for teaching and precepting in an academic geriatric fellowship program. Compensation is competitive, with starting bonuses, retention incentives, and loan repayment options through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. Paid malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, is provided. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible, with a DEA license required. The services offered are free, assisting with salary negotiations, licensing, interview coordination, and matching career preferences. The annual salary ranges from $250,000 to $270,000, influenced by experience and qualifications, combining base pay with potential overtime, call, and holiday earnings.
