Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a respected healthcare team.

This role provides 100% outpatient care with optional hospitalist shifts within a fully integrated, multispecialty team supported by advanced technology and care coordination, including EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient care with optional hospitalist shifts
• Participate in leadership and precepting roles

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligibility for medical licensure in California
