About the role
A highly respected community hospital in scenic Vermont is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine physician to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in an outpatient‑only, collegial environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient internal medicine care with no inpatient duties, weekends, or call responsibilities.
- See an average of 16–20 patients per day, allowing time for personalized, high‑quality care.
- Collaborate with experienced clinicians and nursing staff in a supportive, team‑based model.
Schedule
- Flexible workweek: choose a 4‑day or 5‑day schedule.
- No weekend work and no on‑call duties.
Compensation
- Salary range: $270,000 – $420,000.
- Potential earnings exceeding $400,000.
