About the role

Practice innovative, relationship-based medicine while supporting patients within some of the nation's most respected health systems. This is not traditional telemedicine. Physicians provide longitudinal primary care as part of integrated health system networks, maintaining continuity of care, access to specialists, referrals, and Epic‑based medical records. The role is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide longitudinal primary care to patients.
• Maintain continuity of care and coordinate specialist referrals.
• Use Epic‑integrated workflows for medical records.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for chart review, patient history, care‑gap identification, clinical insights, and documentation.
• Reduce administrative burden to focus more on patient care.

Requirements

• Active medical licensure in New Jersey (NJ), Massachusetts (MA), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Wisconsin (WI), and Minnesota (MN).
• Multi‑state licensure and eligibility for the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Passion for patient‑centered, technology‑enabled care.

Pay

Base pay range: $210,000 – $310,000 per year, with total earning potential exceeding $300,000.
