About the role
Physician-owned and operated internal medicine practice with experienced support staff and clinical staff. On-site medical services include a wellness center, behavioral health, allergy, EKG, and laser medicine for skin disorders. The practice offers a strong advanced practitioner team with five PAs and clinicians. Base salary is $260,000, with a pay range of $220,000–$260,000.
Located in Fredericksburg, Virginia on the Rappahannock River, a short drive from Washington, D.C. The area offers rich Civil War history (four battlefields and Spotsylvania National Military Park), water activities, hiking trails, museums, family‑friendly events, chef‑driven restaurants, cafés, and a vibrant downtown with walkability, shopping, and boutiques.
