Primary Care Medical Director – Northwestern Illinois Hospital employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Internist or Family Practitioner to join their team to serve as Medical DirectorBase salary range: 299k-405kPhysician leader to collaborate in a dyad leadership structure, responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patientMedical Directors are responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management of ambulatory clinicians.Medical directors will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), quality leadership, and other executive management teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice.This role is a blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and operations planning, essential for driving the success of healthcare operations.
