About the role

A well-established, physician-led outpatient group is seeking a full-time, permanent BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a large, collaborative team of 30+ providers.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic only, no hospital or inpatient work
• See approximately 20 patients per day
• Minimal call duties—take your own call, averaging 2–3 phone calls per week

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 4 weeks of paid vacation, plus dedicated CME time

Pay

• Base salary: $250,000
• Annual bonus potential: $100,000–$250,000

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Open to new graduates; immediate start preferred

Location

Practice is located one hour northeast of Orlando and 1.5 hours north of Tampa, with convenient access to Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Tampa International Airport (TPA), both offering domestic and international flights.
