About the role

Bridge Specialty Group is seeking an Internal Marketing Representative to join their growing team in Clinton, MS. This position provides administrative support for the Marketing Department and the Executive VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a database of active insurance agents.
  • Process new insurance agent setups and updates to existing insurance agents.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports for the marketing department.
  • Maintain and update the insurance product catalog for each state in which the company conducts business.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
  • Prepare, format, and edit a variety of documents.
  • Perform general office duties to include but are not limited to answering incoming phone calls and emails and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and coordinate the release of information blast provided to insurance agents.
  • Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and enhancing existing skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Ability to adapt and respond in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
