INTERNAL LISTING: CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR APPRENTICE (PROGRESSION)

Qualifications

• Must meet the following criteria or an equivalent combination of training and experience per Personnel Policies and Procedures, Section 100:
  • (a) Graduation from high school or possession of a General Education Development Certificate (GED)
  • (b) Experience in field construction, surveying, and/or other subprofessional engineering work preferred
  • (c) Refer to the Construction Inspector Progression Criterion document for additional requirements

HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

LOCATION: 23rd and Jackson, Warehouse South (AS)

PAYSCALE: Click for Office and Technical (OT) pay scale

• Licenses and Certificates:
  • a) Possession of a valid Oklahoma Class "D" Driver License
  • b) Possession of a relevant Class "D" Water and/or Wastewater License as issued from the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) within nine (9) months of date of hire (some positions)
  • c) Possession of an International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) Work Zone Temporary Traffic Control Technician certifications within twelve (12) months of date of hire (some positions)
