Internal Communications Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to align diverse, cross-functional teams with core business objectives and organizational values.
• Partner with project management and departmental leadership to plan, develop, and evaluate strategic, multi-channel internal communications.
• Design and oversee the distribution of high-impact communication materials via newsletters, intranets, webcasts, and executive memos to ensure message comprehension.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to rigorously evaluate the effectiveness of the communication plan delivery and optimize future engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8 or more years of progressive experience leading strategic internal communications within a complex, corporate environment.
• Expertise: Advanced, in-depth knowledge of end-to-end communication planning, corporate storytelling, and editorial standard development.
• Track Record: Proven success filtering, analyzing, and validating complex, dynamic material to deliver evaluative judgment in novel situations.

Education

Advanced college degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
