About the role

The Internal Communications Manager will support the rollout of the company's new culture framework. Responsibilities include developing and executing an internal communications plan that aligns with each phase of the rollout and collaborating with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Create clear and engaging content across various formats and channels, including intranet (SharePoint), email, video scripts, digital signage, and leadership messaging
• Support executive communications related to culture initiatives, including creating talking points, Q&As, and town hall content
• Leverage rewards and recognition platforms to support culture activation

Requirements

• 5+ years of internal or corporate communications experience, preferably in life sciences, technology, or professional services
• Proficient with rewards and recognition platforms to support employee engagement programs
• Change management communications experience
• Prior experience working on global projects

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with digital communication tools and platforms
