Program Overview

Program dates: June 2, 2027 – August 5, 2027. The tms Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience working with clients and cross-functional teams, along with networking and relationship-building opportunities with industry leaders, mentors, and peers. Interns integrate across various business units and departments, participate in real client projects, and collaborate on a Capstone project presented to the agency at program end. Interns also take part in panels, lunch & learns, and group activities focused on career tips, guidance, and best practices.

About the Role

The Internal Communications Intern supports the development and delivery of employee communications that inform, engage, and connect tms employees around the world. This role assists with creating content across a variety of channels and tools, including intranet platforms, newsletters, digital signage, leadership communications, and events, while helping maintain content calendars and measure engagement. The intern will gain hands-on experience supporting global communications initiatives that strengthen culture, drive awareness, and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate
• GPA: 3.0 or higher
• Solutions-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Resourceful and a proactive self-starter

Pay

Hourly Rate: $20/hr
