Internal Auditor III
About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform independent and objective assessments of business activities and related controls with the goal of improving operations, compliance, risk management, and the overall system of internal controls.
- Support risk assessments and special projects.
- Provide consultative support to business partners to identify opportunities for control improvements with the objective of mitigating risk and improving compliance and operational performance.
- Gain valuable exposure to many areas within our global business.
- Work independently and remain flexible, with the ability to prioritize workloads and maintain a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Dive deep into the details to develop meaningful findings and help drive solutions.
- Understand complex business processes and identify the full range of risks related to processes, compliance, organizations, and technology.
- Have good analytical skills, solid business judgment, and the capability to drive the right results with a focused and pragmatic approach.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with operation auditing, risk management, compliance, or financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Risk management experience, including: performing assessments and audits, designing controls, managing enterprise control frameworks, and prioritizing risk.
- Willingness to dive deep into your own audits combined with experience collaborating on a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will prepare reports and make presentations to senior level management.
- You will interact with various levels of employees to collect and communicate information.
- A fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances and behaviors of Amazon's systems architecture.
- Solid analytical skills and history of analyzing data and situations to identify meaningful observations.
- Relevant certifications (CPA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CFE).
- Experience with process improvement, Kaizen, and six sigma.

Pay
The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $53.10/hour - $60.18/hour.
