OverviewJoin our team as an Internal Auditor and play a key role in strengthening our organization's financial, operational, and compliance processes. In this position, you will partner with leaders across the business to identify risks, evaluate controls, and recommend improvements that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.The Internal Auditor is responsible for planning, executing, and completing audit engagements across the organization. This role evaluates financial, operational, and compliance controls, identifies areas of risk, and recommends improvements to strengthen internal processes, safeguard company assets, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and promote compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO and follows a hybrid work schedule, with employees expected to be in the office a minimum of three days per week. Responsibilities include:Plan audit engagements, to include the selection of the audit approach and the selection of the audit sampleConduct interviews of groups/regions/departments and corroborate the interview responses with senior managementEvaluate interim and year-end financial statements and test internal controlsMeasure the compliance of operational processes against Company operating policies and identify potential risksCommunicate audit results to Management and recommend potential solutions or best practicesDevelop and issue preliminary and final audit reportsConduct follow up audits as necessaryIn addition to these job functions, candidates will also need to display proficiency in the following Competencies:CommunicationEthics and ValuesFlexibilityManaging and Developing PeoplePlanning and OrganizingProblem SolvingResults-OrientedWorking With a TeamEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMinimum:Bachelor’s Degree; accounting degree preferredMust have a minimum of 2 years auditing experience; public auditing experience preferredMust have at least one of the following certifications:Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Certified Management Accountant (CMA)Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)Must have a valid driver's license with no alcohol or drug related event within the last 5 years and no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 yearsMust be willing and able to travel approximately 10% to 15%, including domestic and international travelMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
